Jordan and William are very trustworthy gentleman. They made a fair offer on our property and were very helpful during a difficult time. We called many “we buy houses” firms and We Buy Houses Bama were the only firm that really understood the market in Scottsboro. All transactions went as planned and the process was very simple and straightforward. If you need to sell your house in the Huntsville or Scottsboro AL area these are the guys to call.

I just closed on the sale of one of my houses with them and could not be more pleased. From the initial call through the closing everything was smooth and stress free, something I was very grateful for! The entire transaction was handled, with the exception of the close, completely over the phone. An initial call in which the terms were agreed upon, one to arrange an inspection of the property by the buyer, and a couple with the title agency handling the closing – all were smoothly and professionally handled. We still had a few items to remove from the property and they were very willing to accommodate my request for handling this.
To summarize, I am extremely happy with the speed and quality of my experience. Highly recommended.
